Sit back, relax and let our engineers do the heavy lifting.

Remember what upgrades like this used to be like?

  • A call to your favorite IT shop.
  • IT shop owner begins to salivate thinking about the number of billable hours.
  • Reviewing software quotes from your IT shop, CDW and one other local company for good measure.
  • Negotiation – do you REALLY want to pay 1.5x standard rates to keep your network up during the week?
  • WHAT? Will it really take 40 hours of work to get you upgraded?

Expected Exchange Hosting Features

Expected Mobile Features

Outlook Mobile ClientServer search -  Mobile devices have limited storage space, but you rely on e-mail boxes to contain months, or maybe years, of critical business communications. With Exchange ActiveSync, you can choose to store as much of  your mailbox as you like, and you can still have easy access to every message in the mailbox. If the information you want is not synced with your phone, you can easily search the server to find the message anywhere in your mailbox, including subfolders, and return that message to your phone.

Installable client – (image on right) Upgrading your e-mail functionality doesn’t require you to update your phones. All the latest features of Exchange Server are available to any mobile device running Windows Mobile 6.1 or later. You will be able to update Outlook Mobile to get the benefits of the latest version of Exchange ActiveSync on existing, compatible devices.

Expected Outlook Web App Features

Multiple browser supportWith Outlook Web App, you get the same richness and productivity experience within Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3+, and Safari 3+. Now, no matter which of the major Web browsers your organization supports, you can have a rich, efficient Outlook Web App experience.

Conversation viewBy grouping messages from a single conversation together, the new conversation view enables you to quickly identify the most recent messages and the chain of responses. Conversation view is always preserved, even if individual e-mail messages are located in different folders in the mailbox. By treating an entire group of messages as a single conversation, the messages can be managed, ignored, moved, and deleted as a whole. New messages that are part of a conversation that a you have chosen to ignore are sent straight to the deleted items folder.
